Won't be attempting for a while since I'm still developing my first tulpa, but I'm curious what possession/ switching feels like for both the host and tulpa. Feelings, thoughts, perception, etc
Also, is it good to play music for a developing tulpa as you would talk to them? I listen to music for most of my waking hours so if I can include my tulpa, that'd be pretty cool
If you don't switch or possess for long periods of time does it become more dificult to redo, or is just a "muscle memory thing" that you just don't forget?

Lol, if anyone gets annoyed from all my incessant questioning, feel free to let me know and ill back off
Lucilyn: uh, not really no, like it might take another minute or two if our visualization sux and it's hard to even visualize ourselves for our symbolism-switching process lol(edited)

basically the same as any other tulpa-y thing

I was gonna play a game but Flan told me we need to eat first so brb
Also, idk if It's related or not but I started creating my tulpa (nicknamed Tae until she's developed enough to tell me if she wants to pick something else) a few days ago. And although I haven't really heard anything from her yet, I've just been feeling overwhelmingy happy today. Just throwing that out there.
just remember that you create a tulpa by treating them like they're there and a real person and listening and wanting to respond etc.

'cus that tells your brain how to tulpa

things may or may not actually be your tulpa sometimes but as long as it doesn't hurt anything it isn't that bad to assume it's them as long as that helps it feel like they're there and exist
one of the very basic things that I wish we talked more about as a concept for new people is that most of tulpamancy is about learning the way your brain sort of naturally leans on this stuff
